The Big Clean-up!

Guys,

I've noticed some people left because of inactivity and rules, requirements, people the don't like.
It's time for a change, a big clean-up, if we want this group to stay alive.

First of all: we need your ideas, we need to know what you think about the current rules, picture voting, contests, staff-membership and all the little things that make this a problem.
