This group has slowly run into the ground and I think it's about time for a fresh beginning. I've started a group called Photography-Army on dA which has a different focus - to showcase the best photos of photographers on dA that might not have the recognition they deserve. To make this happen, we'll need a huge influx of members and contributors, so I would suggest you all head there! You can find the group here - [link]

I'm going to start closing off member requests and submission requests on this group so there's no more confusion, so apologies to anyone who's work might be featured here and to the contributors that helped it out even when it was going downhill. I would really appreciate it if you all helped me make this new group happen.
